This home has three bedrooms and three baths that will sleep up to 6. You will feel right at home in this comfy coastal haven. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan greet you when you arrive. The family room is the best spot for watching a movie or the big game on the large flat-screen TV. Preparing meals, snacks or drinks will be easy in the fully-stocked kitchen with stocked cabinets & counter space. You will have your choice of 3 different bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, King, Queen & King. Enjoy screened-in porch with enough seating for the entire family to enjoy a meal. You’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience and parking for two vehicles.

You have 3 different accesses to the beach which is 5 minutes from the home or rent bikes to explore the communities along the Timpoochee Trail. You can stop along the way for lunch, shop, or enjoy entertainment at the local bars. With Seaside, Alys Beach, & Rosemary Beach all within reach.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
